NOTE:
This updated version of the PCB Toolkit uses the VERY conservative chart
in the IPC-2152 for determining current capacity.
Also, please be aware that the new IPC current capacity spec is very
different from the previous spec.
The major difference is the new spec has declared that external and
internal conductors have roughly the same current capacity.
This accounts for the significant difference in current values between
previous versions of the PCB Toolkit and version 4
